Product
Yes, B.lovd products are entirely made in Montreal. From conception to production, everything is made in Montreal.
All of our cookies are made with 100% natural, wholesome, locally grown ingredients and contain no chemical additives or preservatives.
It varies from ingredient to ingredient, but we make sure that all of our cookies are made with 100% natural, wholesome, locally grown ingredients and contain no chemical additives or preservatives.
If your cookies are freshly baked, you can keep them for up to 10 days in the package and they will still be good!
If you freeze your baked cookies, you can keep them for up to 1 month.
If you choose the frozen option, you can keep them for up to 6 months! But trust us, once you eat one, you won’t last that long!
Our messages are printed on specially designed heat tolerant paper and edible water based inks. However, we recommend not eating the paper 😉

Delivery
The delivery time depends on your address but we try to minimize delays at all times.
Allow approximately 2-5 days between order and delivery. We prepare them just before delivery so that they are fresh and soft when they arrive at your home. Pick-up is done at our Outremont location, often within 24 hours. We notify you by email as soon as the cookies come out of the oven.
No, there is no waiting list to order B.lovd products. Once we receive your order, we will process it within the agreed upon time frame.
Yes, shipping costs are not included in the order, except during specific promotions.
Yes, it is possible to pick it up. Pick-up is at our Outremont location, often within 24 hours. We notify you by email as soon as the cookies come out of the oven.

Security
All payments by credit card are 100% secured by the Stripe platform, in accordance with interbank security measures.
Your banking data are encrypted (SSL technology). They do not circulate unencrypted on the Internet and cannot be intercepted. Your banking data (card number, expiration date…) are never communicated to us.
